Veterans Help Drive Opifex Synergy’s Service to Our Customers

On November 11—Veterans Day—our nation honors the commitment, courage, and sacrifice of those who have served in the U.S. military. At Opifex Synergy, veterans are a vital part of our identity, comprising 28 percent of our workforce across all branches—Army, Air Force, Coast Guard, Marines, and Navy—and contributing at every level of the company. We have veterans working as sales representatives, coordinators, administrators, operations managers, technicians, drivers, and corporate staff and executives, bringing discipline, mission-tested leadership, technical expertise, a strong sense of teamwork, and a dedication to service. Their experience enriches our culture and enhances our company’s performance.

Opifex Synergy’s goal is to increase the number of veterans in its workforce to 35 percent in 2026. We will be expanding our outreach to trade schools and technical programs where veterans are learning skills to transition to the civilian workforce, while also focusing on recruiting women veterans in skilled trades and operations.

Veterans help us think clearly under pressure, execute tasks precisely, and collaborate with purpose. This mindset makes Opifex Synergy stronger and more efficient in consistently serving our customers. It is evident in our planning, communication, and dependable follow-through, which our rental customers rely on.
